The El Abuelo Flores Winery is a small traditional winery located in San Esteban de la Sierra, preserving the perfect mix between tradition and modernity. Its vineyards are located at different altitudes, from 600m to plots even around 1000m. By carrying out a meticulous control in all phases of the cultivation of the vineyard and the elaboration in the winery, they produce unique and subtle wines, where native varieties are the hallmark.

At the El Abuelo Flores Winery, located in San Esteban de la Sierra, there will be a guided tour of a traditional winery with a wine tasting session accompanied by a selection of the best sausages in the area, where we will be transported to the essence of those years in which Abuelo Flores made wines, the same that they maintain today preserving native varieties such as Rufete.
