The Casa de los Maestros Winery, located in Nava del Rey, Valladolid, is a historical treasure that transports us through time and reveals the rich winemaking tradition of the region. This unique space, dating back to the 16th century, is made up of a set of four underground wine cellars located beneath what were once four dwellings.

This winery offers visitors a unique historical account of the peak period in grape cultivation, the era of the renowned white and golden wines from La Seca. Located beneath the dance floor 'Buenos Aires,' it represents the model of an 18th-century underground historical factory known as Bodega Vivienda or Domestic Winery. In 2022, the City Council, along with the heritage community and academic research, restored the winery as a visitable space.

A visit is made to the Pago de La Cantera vineyard where the uniqueness and particular characteristics of the terroir are explained.

Guided exploration of the vineyards of the “Finca de las Amedias” winery in which we begin with a welcome wine. Tour with a specialized guide through the grape reception area, processing rooms and barrel room. Tasting with views of the vineyards of 3 Rueda D.O. wines from Ramón Bilbao winery. . The tasting consists of 4 wines paired with local products from the region area “Castilla y León”

Cheese making workshop, tasting of fresh dairy products, visit to the cheese factory and tasting of cheeses paired with a local wine.

Aster Magonia offers a visit to the underground wineries of Medina del Campo, exploring its viticultural heritage and the significance of wine in the 16th and 17th centuries.

1. The tasting consists of 5 different cheeses. We try to present the greatest variety of cheese technologies, with the three milks (sheep, cow and goat) being present, seeking to bring together cheeses from different regions. 2. The activity includes one drink per person which can be wine, water or must. (The following drinks, if applicable, will be paid separately. 3. The duration of the activity is approximately one hour, depending on the size of the group and what the group interacts with. 4. Very long hours, booking in advance.
