Bodega Don Celestino, created in 2014, is a traditional winery, which produces high quality wines, keeping control of the vines in all their phases, from the terroir to the bottle, taking care of each of these delicate processes to obtain excellent wines, where the native Rufete variety gives rise to wines characterized by their seal of tradition and authenticity.

At the Don Celestino Winery, located in San Esteban de la Sierra, there will be a guided tour of a traditional winery with a wine tasting session accompanied by a tasting of local sausages, where they will tell us about their types of wines and the best treasure kept, the native grape variety Rufete.
