The day begins at dawn in the vineyards, with a warm welcome and breakfast country with local products. Equipped with traditional tools, you will learn to collect grapes manually, guided by winegrowers who will share their knowledge and techniques.
At the Vinculo Serrano Winery, located in San Esteban de la Sierra, there will be a visit to the winery's facilities located within the urban area of San Esteban de la Sierra with an explanation of the winemaking processes, as well as the different tasks carried out throughout the year in the centenary vineyards of the property.
