La Zarcera, a wine tourism center, is located in the heart of the Baltanás winery neighborhood. 374 underground cellars excavated in a hill at 6 levels high and more than 500 years old.

We will explore ancient underground labyrinths used for centuries for the production and preservation of wine. We will share with you fascinating stories about the winemaking practices of yesteryear and the legends that surround this place.
