Finca Antigua, the key that unlocks the doors to tradition and passion for the world of wine.
On your journey along the La Mancha Wine Route, should not miss a visit to Finca Antigua. Located in the town of Los Hinojosos (Cuenca), it is an area of 1,000 hectares, with an altitude of over 900 meters above sea level. The vineyard occupies 400 of these hectares, the rest is scrubland with holm oaks, kermes oaks…
The estate is divided into 40 plots, each dedicated to crafting a different wine, featuring a diverse collection of both local and international grape varieties. The result is a selection of bold, creative, and surprising wines that embody the unique personality of their terroir.
Finca Antigua is synonymous with sustainability, tradition, and innovation. Its facilities and production processes reflect the winemaking heritage of the Martínez Bujanda Family for more than 135 years.
For experts, enthusiasts, curious explorers, and those seeking to disconnect and share new experiences—Finca Antigua is the place to be.

Take a look at the following experiences
Very complete experience that combines heritage + culture + gastronomy + wine culture. The underground cellars on Calle Puerta Nueva de Utiel will be the first stop for our visitors. They will learn about the structure of these wineries and the winemaking process in the 18th century. Afterwards, the visit to our monumental winery will begin, where we will take a tour of our exciting history and see the wine-making process from the entry of the grapes into the winery, passing through the barrel room, storage area... ending in the tasting area where we will taste a selection of our best wines. The visit will end with a meal in a typical Utielano Restaurant.
We offer guided tours and wine tastings, wine tastings with flamenco music and wine tastings with poetry declamations.
Join us for a unique wine experience at Bodegas Silvano García, where tradition meets innovation. Savor carefully crafted wines that reflect our land and climate. The six wine tasting along with a small aperitif begins at 11:30 p.m.
