Do you know how to recognize a quality olive oil?

In this immersive experience, participants will have the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the characteristics that define a high-quality extra virgin olive oil and learn how to distinguish it from other olive oils.

  • Nature

In this experience, we will explore the key elements that make an olive oil exceptional: its flavor, aroma, and texture.

Our small olive mill is located in a truly unique setting—within the gardens of a late 19th-century modernist mansion. As we stroll through the estate, we will share its history and our own story with you.

A visit to the mill is a must, where you will learn about the production process of extra virgin olive oil.

Next, we will move to our tasting room for a special sensory session, where you will have the chance to smell and identify the different defects that an olive oil can have. Once we’ve recognized the defects, we will proceed to the oil tasting, putting into practice what we've learned and discovering the virtues that define a high-quality extra virgin olive oil.

We will conclude with a tasting of carefully selected products that pair perfectly with our D’Oliciós olive oil.
