Start with a guided walk through the vineyards, where you will discover how the soil, climate and biodiversity of the environment contribute to the unique characteristics of each wine. An expert guide will lead you to identify aromas and textures directly related to the terroir, while you enjoy impressive landscapes. The walk culminates in a natural viewpoint, where an open-air tasting takes place with three selected wines that highlight the nuances of the environment. The wines are paired with a tasting of local products, including cheeses, extra virgin olive oil and artisan breads. The experience includes stories about wine traditions and the winery's connection to the territory, offering complete immersion. It ends with a moment of relaxation under the shade of the vineyards, ideal for disconnecting from the routine and enjoying the serenity of the surroundings.

Guided tour lasting two hours in which you visit the Cerrato Castellano Museum, consisting of two buildings, one of them an Interpretation Center, where we find a space dedicated to oenology and the Historical Complex of the Baltanás Winery District. The second part of the activity takes place in the Municipal Winery and the traditional Winery where the activity ends with a wine tasting.
