Quesos Chillón is the story of a family over more than a century. Specifically since 1890 when great-grandfather Manuel Chillón started his cheese production and sale business.

Museographic discourse consists of two deeply linked aspects. That is why in the itinerary the visitor will be able to learn about the cheese-making processes, originally focused on the three main stages of the product: from when “it is” milk, through the subsequent transformation into curd and the natural production of the cheese.
And also, at different points in the exhibition, you will be able to learn about the Chillón family history from their origins as cheesemakers at the end of the 19th century to the present day.
A chronological walk through the intimacy of this family of entrepreneurs and their star product, cheese.
Groups of more than 10 people will be able to enjoy a guided tour of the museum facilities, contemplate a recreation of a day of past times in images and finish with a tasting of all our cheeses.

Through our guided tour you will discover a surprising Manilva. Starting at the Centro de Interpretación Viñas de Manilva, you will visit the NILVA winery where the original and exclusive wines made from the Muscatel variety are produced. Afterwards, you will visit the Peñoncillo vineyard, with extraordinary views of the Mediterranean Sea and where you will taste the wines produced by NILVA.
