The El Robledo Winery is a small winery located in the Historic Complex of Sequeros, preserving the perfect mix between tradition and modernity. Their vineyards are located on terraces within the Sierras de Béjar Biosphere Reserve – France, developing a cultivation in free systems of tall goblet, with small yields and avoiding the use of pesticides and fungicides. El Lagar offers a journey through time, blending traditional and artisanal techniques with cutting-edge methods and state-of-the-art technology. As a starting point, the experience begins with a visit to the impressive 16th-century stone winepress, where its founders crafted their first wines in 1972 as a tribute to their hometown, Pesquera de Duero.
We offer different experiences ranging from the visit and tasting of our wines, as well as a paired lunch, evenings in the light of the vineyard, special wine and chocolate tastings... an endless number of possibilities where the wine is friendly and according to each moment.
Our FUNGIEXPERIENCE will allow you to know the secrets of cultivated mushrooms and its entire process, from how the seed is inoculated or compost is made to its nutritional value and recycling. You will know the Asian Varieties (shiitake and eryngii) and you will taste the product raw and cooked.
