It begins with a guided tour of an olive grove where you will discover olive cultivation, its harvesting and the secrets of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO). Afterwards, enter a family oil mill in the Sierra de Montilla and learn about the oil production process, from Roman times to today. To complete the experience, enjoy an oil tasting and appreciate their nuances and aromas.
The route continues at Bodegas Alvear, the oldest winery in Andalusia, where you will tour its centuries-old facilities and learn about the process of making Montilla-Moriles wines. It ends with a guided tasting of its best wines, a perfect fusion between history, tradition and flavor.

Take a look at the following experiences
Very complete experience that combines heritage + culture + gastronomy + wine culture. The underground cellars on Calle Puerta Nueva de Utiel will be the first stop for our visitors. They will learn about the structure of these wineries and the winemaking process in the 18th century. Afterwards, the visit to our monumental winery will begin, where we will take a tour of our exciting history and see the wine-making process from the entry of the grapes into the winery, passing through the barrel room, storage area... ending in the tasting area where we will taste a selection of our best wines. The visit will end with a meal in a typical Utielano Restaurant.
The visits consist of a guided walk through the vineyards giving information about our way of treating the vines and the land. We then visit the winemaking room and the ageing room explaining the winemaking and ageing process followed by a tasting of four of our wines with local artisan products such as goat's or sheep's cheese and salchichón de la serranía and olives from Ronda.
