The experience begins with a warm welcome and introduction by the Tolosa family. Next, an enchanting horse-drawn carriage ride departs from the winery, lasting approximately 60 minutes, during which you can enjoy a selected bottle of wine. The route passes through the picturesque vineyards of Vega Tolosa, offering spectacular views and an immersion in nature and viticulture. Upon returning to the winery, a guided tour of the facilities is conducted, followed by a commented tasting of 5 Premium wines, accompanied by appetizers.

The guided tour of our winery-museum consists of four parts, all in our 16th-century building.
A tour of one of our vineyards and an explanation of the viticulture of the Jerez region, followed by a visit to the winemaking area. We will continue in the Fino solera where we will talk about biological ageing and the system of criaderas and soleras. From there we will move on to oxidative ageing and finally a tasting of 4 wines accompanied by local tapas will be served.
