Senses is a 2.5 hour experience that combines history, blind tasting, aromas and terroir at Bodegas Balbas.
Winery built by the first generation Sanz in the village of La Seca (4km from Rueda).
We will take a tour of the winemaking and ageing facilities of the urban winery, taking a closer look at the particularities of artisan work, ageing in clay amphorae, foudres or barrels. We will also see how we carry out the manual work of labelling and sealing bottles, which is typical of small production wines.
