Next, we will enter a genuine medieval underground cellar steeped in history, where you will discover how wine was stored and preserved in the past. To round off the day, there is nothing better than enjoying a wine-based menu at the iconic Castillo El Collado, where each dish is carefully paired with local wines guaranteed to delight your palate.

Visit Bodegas Villavid to enjoy a relaxed tasting, visit its Vine and Olive Interpretation Center and go hiking in the Valle del Cabriel Biosphere Reserve.
A tour of one of our vineyards and an explanation of the viticulture of the Jerez region, followed by a visit to the winemaking area. We will continue in the Fino solera where we will talk about biological ageing and the system of criaderas and soleras. From there we will move on to oxidative ageing and finally a tasting of 4 wines accompanied by local tapas will be served.
