Founded in 2011, we are an agri-food company that artisanally produces goat cheeses from the Florida breed, cured meats from our own livestock, and sustainably cultivates cereals, chickpeas, pomegranates, and almond trees. We also market the meat from our goat, pig, and cattle farming.
We open our doors to anyone interested in learning about our company’s philosophy. Nestled in a natural setting and deeply committed to environmental sustainability, our work is rooted in the traditions of our land: agriculture and livestock farming, as well as the transformation of the products they yield, thus completing the production cycle.
