The “Among Bobal Vineyards with VEGA TOLOSA" experience offers an immersion into the winemaking culture guided by the charismatic Tolosa family. The activity begins with a welcome and introduction by the family, followed by a guided tour of the winery facilities. Subsequently, there is an excursion to the centenary Bobal vineyard, located in a Biosphere Reserve, where a detailed explanation about the Bobal grape, vineyard characteristics, and fieldwork is provided. The experience concludes with a commented wine tasting in the vineyard itself, accompanied by an appetizer.

A tour of one of our vineyards and an explanation of the viticulture of the Jerez region, followed by a visit to the winemaking area. We will continue in the Fino solera where we will talk about biological ageing and the system of criaderas and soleras. From there we will move on to oxidative ageing and finally a tasting of 4 wines accompanied by local tapas will be served.
This winery offers visitors a unique historical account of the peak period in grape cultivation, the era of the renowned white and golden wines from La Seca. Located beneath the dance floor 'Buenos Aires,' it represents the model of an 18th-century underground historical factory known as Bodega Vivienda or Domestic Winery. In 2022, the City Council, along with the heritage community and academic research, restored the winery as a visitable space.
