An invitation to immerse yourself in the world of cheese making, starting by making your own cheese. We will also prepare some fresh dairy products so that you can taste them and learn about their origin, followed by a visit to the different rooms of the cheese factory where you can learn all the secrets of making and refining a handmade Castilian cheese full of nuances, we will finish the activity by tasting different references of cheese paired with a wine from the D.O. Rueda.

The visits consist of a guided walk through the vineyards giving information about our way of treating the vines and the land. We then visit the winemaking room and the ageing room explaining the winemaking and ageing process followed by a tasting of four of our wines with local artisan products such as goat's or sheep's cheese and salchichón de la serranía and olives from Ronda.
