For those who want to stay and enjoy a menu with our wines, we offer this experience which consists of a white wine tasting under a centenary holm oak tree, a visit to the winery to learn about the process of making our wines, a tasting of two red wines accompanied by a small aperitif with products from our local gastronomy, a tasting of our most cheeky vermouths, and a meal in our Gastrovino 8 Encinas room. The lunch menu consists of 3 starters, 1 main course, a choice of grilled meat or fish (there is also the option of rice or gazpacho manchego), and dessert. Includes bread, wine and water. Example of local cuisine menu in our 8 Encinas room: Starters: Ajoarriero (garlic sauce), lomo de orza carpaccio with seeds and balsamic vinaigrette and Manchego cheese and quince jelly croquette. Main course (to choose 1): choice of rice, gazpacho manchego (minimum 2 persons on request) or grilled meat or grilled fish. Homemade dessert according to season and coffee.
