Workshop on making jam with seasonal fruit for use in cooking.
Other jams will be blind-tasted as a sensory experience.
Different wine and jam pairings will also be conducted.
Visit our facilities, starting with the production area, aging, bottling, etc., with corresponding explanations. It will end with a tasting of 3 wines, a visual presentation, and an appetizer. Afterwards, you can visit our shop.
A tour of one of our vineyards and an explanation of the viticulture of the Jerez region, followed by a visit to the winemaking area. We will continue in the Fino solera where we will talk about biological ageing and the system of criaderas and soleras. From there we will move on to oxidative ageing and finally a tasting of 4 wines accompanied by local tapas will be served.
