Take a look at the following experiences
A tour of one of our vineyards and an explanation of the viticulture of the Jerez region, followed by a visit to the winemaking area. We will continue in the Fino solera where we will talk about biological ageing and the system of criaderas and soleras. From there we will move on to oxidative ageing and finally a tasting of 4 wines accompanied by local tapas will be served.
Tour of our vineyards located on the slopes of Villanueva and immersed in the forest. In them to show the work of preserving the rufete grape, the care of the centenary vines and our ecological cultivation methods.
Visit to the semi-buried winery, micro-vinifications by plot and barrel room.
Tasting of five wines, including wines from plots of centenary vines.
Aperitif with Iberian sausages from the Dehesa de Salamanca
Guided tour of the winery facilities, Fariña Museum and tasting of 5 wines from the winery accompanied by a tapa of Zamorano cheese. 90 min. approx.
Tour of the production facility - the underground aging room with more than 1,800 French and American oak barrels and 6 French oak vats of 16,000 liters - and the bottling room of our Toro winery, to learn in-depth about the production process of the different Fariña wines.
