Throughout the tour of our facilities, we invite you to use all your senses... but it doesn't end there.
We have the collaboration of chefs Iñaki Murua and Carolina Sanchez, whose restaurant Ikaro in Logroño has 1 Michelin Star and 2 Repsol Suns. The appetisers they propose are their interpretation of our philosophy and of this experience and will accompany you throughout the activity. Lasting approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, you will learn about our history in a way that, we assure you, will leave a lasting impression.
Capacity: minimum 2 people, maximum 10 people.
Opening hours: Monday to Thursday at 11:00. Fridays and Saturdays at 11:00, 13:00 and 17:00. Sundays at 11:00 and 13:00.

1. The tasting consists of 5 different cheeses. We try to present the greatest variety of cheese technologies, with the three milks (sheep, cow and goat) being present, seeking to bring together cheeses from different regions. 2. The activity includes one drink per person which can be wine, water or must. (The following drinks, if applicable, will be paid separately. 3. The duration of the activity is approximately one hour, depending on the size of the group and what the group interacts with. 4. Very long hours, booking in advance.
