At Bodega Silvano García, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the history and tradition of a winery with nearly a century of experience, located in the heart of Jumilla.
The experience begins with an introduction to the history of the winery, founded in 1925, followed by a tour of its historic concrete tanks, once used for wine fermentation. Next, you will engage your senses in the aroma room, a dedicated space where you can identify over 40 different wine aromas.
The tour continues in the barrel room, where you will learn about the aging process and its impact on the quality and character of Bodega Silvano García’s wines.
To conclude, you will enjoy a tasting of six wines, choosing from white, rosé, or red wines from Jumilla, carefully paired with a selection of local tapas, including cheeses and cured meats. A unique experience that will allow you to appreciate the rich winemaking heritage of the region.

Participate in the harvest at Bodegas Pagos de Negredo and immerse yourself in the art ancestral grape harvest, experiencing up close the process that gives life to each bottle of wine. The day begins at dawn in the vineyards, with a warm welcome and breakfast country with local products. Equipped with traditional tools, you will learn to collect grapes manually, guided by winegrowers who will share their knowledge and techniques.
We will take a tour of the winemaking and ageing facilities of the urban winery, taking a closer look at the particularities of artisan work, ageing in clay amphorae, foudres or barrels. We will also see how we carry out the manual work of labelling and sealing bottles, which is typical of small production wines. We will finish with a tasting of four wines accompanied by an aperitif of Riojan pork loin and our own organic olive oil with bread from a wood-fired oven.
