Participate in the harvest at Bodegas Pagos de Negredo and immerse yourself in the art ancestral grape harvest, experiencing up close the process that gives life to each bottle of wine. The day begins at dawn in the vineyards, with a warm welcome and breakfast country with local products. Equipped with traditional tools, you will learn to collect grapes manually, guided by winegrowers who will share their knowledge and techniques.
We will enjoy a walk in a unique setting, among vineyards with views of the Pirineos, on a guided tour where you will lernd about the D.O Somontano región, the history and architecture of our winery, and walking through our yards, the fermentation áreas , and the barrel room, ending with a guided tasting of three wines and an appetizer of iberian ham and manchego cheese.
Valbusenda offers the little ones the possibility of discovering the wine culture from a completely educational perspective, exploring the senses with the help of Osendo, our mascot.
Activities: Visit to the only ampelographic garden with more than 250 different grape varieties, visit to the winery and educational workshop.
