The day begins with an introduction, led by an expert, where you’ll discover the most iconic characteristics of the selected Wine Routes of Spain (RVE) for that day. Through projections and informative brochures, you’ll learn about their geographical location, tourist resources, and the wineries and restaurants that form part of these routes, immersing yourself in the rich wine tourism heritage of the country. This first part of the activity is designed to spark curiosity and expand your knowledge of the many possibilities offered by the RVEs.
The journey continues with a guided tasting of selected wines from the highlighted routes. During this activity, you’ll learn essential sensory techniques to identify and enjoy the aromas, flavors, and textures that make each wine unique. The tasting is complemented by a carefully chosen pairing, enhancing the wines’ qualities and adding an extra layer of enjoyment to the experience.
