Next, the journey continues at the DOP Campo de Borja Wine Museum, where you can explore the rich winemaking tradition of this designation of origin at your own pace. This museum offers a sensory journey that blends history, aromas, and flavors, allowing you to discover the legacy of garnacha, the region’s signature grape. Through interactive panels, exhibitions, and spaces designed to stimulate your senses, you will learn about the winemaking process, the unique characteristics of the terroir, and the stories that have shaped the local wineries.  HOURS: Museum hours: October to March 10:30 AM to 5:45 PM. April to September 10:30 AM to 7:45 PM. Shop hours: January to December 10:30 AM to 3:45 PM.
