Upon arrival, visitors are welcomed with a glass of wine. The experience begins with a visit to the vineyard, located right in front of the winery. Here, guests are offered their first wine tasting. The winemaker will guide you through the secrets of organic cultivation, explaining how grapes grown with deep respect for the environment, transform into unfiltered, natural wines that preserve the essence of their origin.
As you walk among the vines, you’ll learn about traditional winemaking methods and the sustainable philosophy that brings each bottle to life, fostering a direct connection with the land that defines the identity of Manchego wines.
The tour then continues inside the winery and underground cellar, where the entire process of crafting organic wines is explained while you enjoy the second wine.
