The Route of the Senses at Bodegas Montecillo

Experiential visit to the winery with barrel-tasting workshops, aromas and flavours workshop and final blind tasting of the winery's wines.

  • Less than 1 day
  • Studio

During the winery guided tour, visitors will learn about the history, the designation of origin and the building, as well as the process of creating wine. To do so, there will be workshops on tasting white and red wine barrels to learn about the differences between grapes and wood, and a workshop on ageing aromas, wine flavours and oenological defects. The visit will end with a blind tasting of some of the winery's products, in which visitors can show the knowledge acquired during the visit. All of this is done as a game, with a form that the visitor will have to fill out to obtain a final certificate as an expert at Bodegas Montecillo.
