A tour of one of our vineyards and an explanation of the viticulture of the Jerez region, followed by a visit to the winemaking area. We will continue in the Fino solera where we will talk about biological ageing and the system of criaderas and soleras. From there we will move on to oxidative ageing and finally a tasting of 4 wines accompanied by local tapas will be served.

We continue with a visit to the Fino wine solera where we will talk about biological ageing and the system of criaderas and soleras. From there we will move on to the oxidative ageing area - Palo Cortado, Oloroso, Amontillado, Moscatel... To finish we will serve a tasting of 4 wines accompanied by typical local tapas.

We offer different experiences ranging from the visit and tasting of our wines, as well as a paired lunch, evenings in the light of the vineyard, special wine and chocolate tastings... an endless number of possibilities where the wine is friendly and according to each moment.
Guided visit to wineries with tasting of 3 wines, the duration is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, we explain the process of elaboration of our wines and architecture of our centenary wineries and we finish with a tasting of three wines of high enology accompanied by some chips.
